Last Tues we had a surrender of 2 intact young males ,probably over 6 months old. I am not sure if they are siblings but probably not although they may have been housed together at the pet shop.

They are bonded to each other, grooming each other ..one humps the other some but they get along.

I don't think I have ever seen this in anything other than really young male siblings.

Is this more common than I know.?

My boys, Sunshine and Sweep, are intact brothers, and they are bonded together and have been for 8 years. Even after a few separations for operations and things they were so glad to see each other. So it is definitely possible, but it also definitely depends on the buns personalities as to whether or not it will work.

I agree, totally possible, but not very common.

Someone I know has two intact males - not related - that are bonded together. He has had them a few years - both were pet shop 'rejects'. I do believe that it is very rare, especially as neither are neutered!

I have 2 unneutered bucks who get on very well together, they are not bonded as i breed with them but they do like to get out to play together

i have two pairs of unneutered males bonded together. They get along great and groom eachother. They are brothers so i don't know if that has anything to do with it but i've never had a problem with them being together. They have never fought either. I guess it just depends on the temperment and personalities of the buns over what sex they are.

I would think it also would have something to do with if there are any does around to fight over. No girls, no reason for contention! LOL
