I got a call from a woman who volunteers with a local rescue group about a couple of rabbits needing a new home. Their owner is moving to England and is worried about if they would survive the trip.
Both bunnies are female and are older (one is 6, the other 10). 1 is a lop and the other a dwarf. I don't know much more about them or if they are spayed.
The owner is leaving in about 2 weeks.
They are indoor bunnies. The rescue is building a rabbit sanctuary, but those rabbits would be outdoors with some sort of shelter. The worry is the the buns would not do so well outside.
If anyone can take these 2 girls, you can call RJ at Pound Rescue 403-837-7442.
