Thank you to MBB today for holding my hand a little and for the advice! ;) Basket case mom is feeling much better after tonights bonding session!!

It went really well. I decided to start the bonding with our submissive doe Peppy. This was a good idea because even though Dandelion is really laid back I had no idea how he would react with another bunn. He was pretty intense and got on Peppy's nerves a couple times trying to mount. But we stopped him before he could start and set him beside her instead. He settled down and waited to be groomed...but Peppy wasn't having any of that!! Not on the first date anyway! ;)

Here are a couple of pics of the bondingsession:

This was the end of the bonding session. I pet the two of them at the same time for a few minutes and then we called it a day! Peppy went back to her hutch to see her sis and collapsedon the floor with her feet sticking up in the air!:D Hard day for the bunns!!

Well that seems to have gone well! As for the grooming, Zoey refused to groom Mocha until the 3rd bonding session, LOL. That was where all the problems were, Mocha would ask to be groomed and Zoey ignored him so he got annoyed. I'm sure you'll find that as the sessions progress, she will groom him and you will gain more confidence, then onto bonding with the next bunny!

Those pictures are precious, I love little harli lops and it's so funny that he has Zoey's same grumpy look.

I hope the sessions keep going well! Keep us posted.

This picture is just too cute! Dandelion looks like he is saying "enough already!"
