Well lucky me got woken out of a sound sleep at 1130pm by my 18y/o screaming in pain. All he could tell me was his ribs hurt.....tried his asthma meds....nothing...ok not that.....off to the ER cause he was shaking and in so much pain that I couldn't leave him like that. Turns out after 3 hours of tests he has a pulled/torn chest muscle. Not exactly sure how he did it but luckily it was nothing worse. Scared the poor kid and mom half to death though. So praying he heals quickly cause he's miserable :(

They put him on Vicodin...and he's a total riot. He's quite loopy and mellow here. He thought the medicine aciphex (pronounced asifex)commercial was talking about a** effects and wanted to know how they could allow that kind of language on daytime tv. And he also asked me why is it he dozes off and everytime he wakes up its another commercial for "female products". He's making my day interesting to be sure.

Ouch, I had a rip rib muscle when I was in elementary and it is very painful. It hurt every time you took a breath.

How did he manage to do it at 11:30pm at night at home by himself, lol. Mine involved me being tackled by a group of boys while playing football.

Hopefully he heals up soon.
