I adopted my rabbit a few days ago. She's about 9 weeks old. I noticed that she had a little dark piece of something by her nose area but I didn't think much of it because I thought it was just dirt. But now more has appeared so I'm assuming it's some sort of nasal discharge? I tried getting it...

My bunny is currently receiving treatment for mites. His nose started to get crust and dried. What concerns me the most is that he has black parts in his nose. Could it be caused by mites or a different condition? I just took him to the vet and 2 days later the black thing appeared.
