UPDATE: I FOUND HIM HE WAS IN MY NEIGHBORS FRONT YARD! HE WAS DEEP IN A BUSH. WHEN I FOUND HIM, HE LOOKED STRESSED AND WAS DIRTY. I TOOK HIM HOME, GAVE HIM FOOD AND WATER. NOW HE IS HAPPILY RECOVERING :)
