I don't think it would hurt his eyes. I have color changing lights as well and Biscuit seems fine

It looks like a clumb fur with poop. It could be something else but you could try brushing them daily so they don't ingest so much fur.

I also let my old rabbit shred paper towels and it never affected him I was just told to always not give him a lot. I would limit how much you let him have.

Sometimes fleece and super soft things can make it worse. I would try putting her on some harder ground. If that doesn't work you can try a treatment that you can find articles and youtube videos on.

I guess some could say Biscuit is a carpet enthusiast or lover. He will dig and pull it all up if he could. I'm looking for a cheap, safe material to put under his x-pen. I'm planning on covering it with fleece because he chews a lot and will eat everything more than likely it will be a sheet...

If your planning on litter training you should use something other than shavings cause it can confuse the rabbit. If you use shavings in the main area and wood pellets in the litter box then it think it would work.

I use fleece but biscuit isnt a chewer so it isnt a problem for me. You could use wood and put a waterproof mat over it.

I don't think it really matters about the breed I think it more so depends on the rabbit itself because some rabbits have sensitive stomachs and cant have a lot of veggies.

I use a few different kinds my favorite is carefresh but I currently use wood pellet cat litter.

He's just digging it's their natural instinct. He might want to get out if his enclosure is too small. Otherwise, everything is fine and nothing to worry about.
