really small droppings and won’t eat breakfast

No the one I have been giving them is the Rosewood naturals compressed hay bales alongside 12 pounds of timothy hay from small pet select and oxbow orchard grass hay. Thank you for sharing though I will limit the little bales and add more fresh hay! I’m definitely done with the banana chips...

really small droppings and won’t eat breakfast

So I went out to purchase some hay for the bunnies, and I came across the Oxbow Papaya support tablets. I’ve heard that papaya is good for bunnies with an upset tummy, so I picked some up. Does anyone have experience with these or know if these will be good for them?

Hopefully I can get them to tolerate it at the least, I don’t pick them up at all because they get so scared! It definitely makes things a hassle in times like this where it could potentially be very serious

really small droppings and won’t eat breakfast

Hah yes I have given my family a stern talking to about the excessive banana feeding! They adore banana chips so my family comes into their room and feeds them those way too often.. The dropping in the photo is actually much bigger than they were, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they...

really small droppings and won’t eat breakfast

Thank you for the article! They had been eating romaine, baby salad mix, kale, green leaf lettuce, red leaf, and dandelion at the beggining of this ordeal. i usually only feed 2 types of lettuce at a time so all of the different types are just for variety so that they will be encouraged to eat...

also, the herbs they have had are the Rosewood Naturals ‘Natures Salad’ mix, i’ve been sprinkling that on their hay to entice them to eat it. So far, they have been eating a lot more hay and the size of their droppings have both improved which is a relief! They’re both hopping around like normal...

Yes! I got them some simethicone drops this morning but I could only find one brand, called Little Remedies. I don’t know if this brand is bunny safe so i decided to hold off on the simethicone until I knew for sure. Do you know if this brand is safe?

really small droppings and won’t eat breakfast

First off: yes they have unlimited timothy hay at all times! they also have orchard hay mixed in. They get 100% timothy hay pellets to snack ok as well. Secondly: I bought the compressed hay bails as a way to get them to eat more hay, they’re just hay that is wound tightly into a ball that is...

really small droppings and won’t eat breakfast

Hello everyone. I posted a thread yesterday asking about which digestive supplements might help my bunnies but got no answers. Today has been about the same as yesterday, with my buns both eating hay and greens. They will eat compressed hay bales, oxbow digestive health supplement, and greens...

    Best Digestive Support Suplement?

Hi everyone! For the past few days my buns have both randomly had very small droppings and don’t want to eat much early in the mornings. They eat hay and fresh veggies in the afternoon and evening perfectly fine, and are drinking water. They also act very normal and have been more active...

Thank you, I’ll try that today when she wakes up later. Will i need to rebond them later if they’re just separated by an X pen?

My bonded pair re-establish dominance every month?

Alright, so i’m becoming a little desperate. It has been 7 days since this all started, and it has only gotten worse. I’ve gone through an entire bottle of carpet stain remover from how much she is marking, and my poor cosmo has bald spots on his butt from her pulling his fur ): I can’t stand...

My bonded pair re-establish dominance every month?

Thanks for the suggestions! They sadly can’t leave my room, since I have a dog who wouldn’t be very nice to them, and I live in an area with a lot of hawks so going outside isn’t safe for them either ): I do already have a dig box for her which she loves, so maybe i’ll add a few more toys for...

My bonded pair re-establish dominance every month?

Thanks for the info! I’ve been researching a lot on spring fever, and as of now I’m just trying to cope with the territorial mess + stress!! She’s 9 months old so still a teenager, and very strong willed. Luckily my buck is such a patient little sweetheart, and is becoming very tolerant of her...

She has even started to chin Cosmo’s head!! I have no idea what to do at this point, since separating them would cause wayyy too much stress since they still are bonded to eachother

My bonded pair re-establish dominance every month?

A little update for today: Luna has been chinning everything like crazy. She has been peeing all over the carpet and runs at Cosmo with her tail raised and grooms his face excessively if she isn’t trying to mount him. She also makes a little buzzing noise when she is near him. It has been 5 days...

My bonded pair re-establish dominance every month?

Thanks so much for all your help! I’ve been doing a lot of research today, and I read somewhere that even spayed rabbits may get territorial in the springtime since they still have some hormones. I just find it odd that she’s only territorial at certain times, and he isn’t showing any hormonal...
