He seems fine other than that. He has been playing outside a lot lately. We have been doing a total house renovation and he has been in the garage for a few weeks to keep him away from all the clutter and loud noises.

I do not have a lop eared rabbit, but lately his right ear has been lopped over to the side. When I turn it upright, it does not stay. Is this a health issue (he is very old) or just him being ornery?
