Thank you everyone for the replies I took her to the vet today it seems she has a dental problem which is why she's not eating, and the vet noticed drooling. Nothing is wrong with her teeth so I suspect it's an absess :/ they are planning to operate on her.

My Mini Lop doe is 7 months old, and had her first litter 3 weeks ago. Everything was well, until I noticed a day or two ago the mom stopped eating. She is still drinking and she ate some watermelon I gave her, but she's lost a lot of weight really quickly and I'm worried she's not feeding her...
