Am very sorry for the loss of your precious bunnies. OvernightGI stasis is such a problem. Any time Dutchess will not eat her tiny apple, i call the vet but sadly there are no overnight knowledgeable vets here either.

How is Peppa doing?

The second bunny we adopted had a bad respiratory infection and needed weeks of antibiotics but recovered. Hope Cadbury is all better soon.

Abby is finally eating and pooping normally and is off all pain meds. I let her go outside in a cage next to and separate from Dutchess, with soft orchard grass covering the bottom, and she seems happier. Will speak with the vet when he returns about underdosing of pain meds.

Today Abby pooped a little in her box, normal looking pellets, and i saw her eating some veggies in her cage!! :) am so relieved she is doing better. May stop her meloxicam after the next dose. Am still very angry at the vet staff.
