I'm really worried, could use some advise?

It's totally normal to worry. Even with the best care and planing, it's still hard to leave them with someone else. Hopefully it will all go well and nothing will happen. If something does happen, the boarding place should notify you as soon as possible and take appropriate action.

    Allergies to hay

Keeping the hay more contained may help. There are some neat feeders around that are wooden with a hole so the rabbit can eat, but hay doesn't get everywhere. A bigger one can mean you don't have to fill it as often. A different type may help. As long as it isn't alfalfa, it should be fine to...

have scientific question im interesting to know

A female rabbit would release more than one egg. While I am sure identical twins are possible, most litters would consist of a bunch of single eggs that are individually fertilized. Just having 4-6 kits, of both sexes and different colours/markings can show that they come from separate eggs.

"going" where I don't want him to

Many rabbits like a softer place to pee and poop. They also tend to like to eat and go at the same time, so will tend to go where there is hay. Try putting the litter box in the hutch and putting hay inside it. If you have one that would fit in the 'bedroom' area, that could at least help keep...

    Never gains weight

You should get a fecal test done at the vet. It would determine if there are worms and what kind. Some medications don't treat every parasite, so you can treat but not actually treat what you rabbit may have.

    bunny not eating-questions

If you have a large syringe, you can soak pellets in water and make a paste to force feed. Adding the baby food to it can help. The general guideline for force feeding would be about 30cc (or as much as they will eat) 3-4 times a day. Baby food on it's own isn't enough long term. Apple is high...

    Black Rabbit with white undercoat?

Black rabbits tend to have a lighter undercoat. It's just how it grows. An interesting thing with angora rabbits, is that the colour is lighter than you would expect, so a black angora won't be a dark black, you have to look at the face to see the 'real' colour.

    Litter Box

It can depend on the rabbit. I have had some that took to it right away, and others that take a while. Having hay in the litter box does help, as does keeping the rest of the cage clean.

Neutered male won't stop humping his girl bunny friend

It can largely be due to her being intact. Before I got Amelia spayed and she was living with Korr, there was a fair bit of humping from both of them. Once she was spayed, it went down quite a bit, but still more than with his other partners who were spayed before bonding. If she is just...

    New indoor bunny!

I would suggest a tarp or some sort of plastic sheet to protect the floor. Dollar stores are usually good for that sort of stuff and cheap too. A fleece blanket, bed sheet or something to cover the tarp is good too. A couple helps when to comes to cleaning them. They are good even once she is...

driving 24 hours or flying 5hrs on a plane, which would b less stressful for my bun

Some airlines do allow rabbits in the cabin, but you need to check and make sure to book as early as you can since they do limit the number of pets in the cabin (usually 2-4). Also keep in mind that the space under the seat is quite small, so only the smallest rabbits would be comfortable in the...

    Bunnies and guinea pigs

Not to mention they arne't your guinea pigs. Putting the guinea pigs in the rabbit cage could mean they all bond and you would have to break that when they go back home. That can cause emotional trouble for all involved. Also, if something did happen, any vet bills would be on you. If you can't...

    Question about quality of hay?

Rabbits tend to not eat all the hay they are given. It's pretty normal, even if it is annoying that they waste it. As long as he is eating it, and not decreasing the amount he eats, he should be fine. Since he is only 13 weeks, you can give more pellets. Babies are doing a lot of growing, so...

Is there any such thing as a rabbit groomer??

There are rabbit groomers, but they may be few and far between. You could try contacting a local rabbit rescue to see of they know of anyone who can help. A rabbit savvy vet can be a good option as well, but may be more expensive. If you really can't find anyone, a cat groomer could be helpful...

    Blankets

I use fleece for my rabbits cages. I would recommend that if you use a blanket, make sure it is easy to wash.

    Leash Training?

A rabbit really isn't going to follow you like a dog, or even walk with you. A harness (never a collar) and leash is more for safety to keep them from running off. They can learn to stop when they get to the end of the leash, and might come back to you. Outings mostly consist of them dashing...

    Rabbit pen

The cage looks pretty small and boring for a rabbit. She will out grow the cage, and probably pretty soon. A giant size wire dog crate is a good option as is building an NIC cage. An x-pen is usually a good option, but might not work as well in a class room. You don't need shavings if you...

What type of angora for me?

I haven't heard of any disadvantages with the French Angora. They might be harder to find, but that honestly depends on where you live and how far you are willing to go to get one. Some things just come down to personal preference. I've really just heard that they are fairly easy going and easy...

    Is There Ever Oxbow Coupons?

I haven't heard of any coupons from Oxbow. They do have a program that some stores are part of, if you buy 6 bags of pellets (all the same size and type), you get the 7th free, there is only one for the 15oz hay bags. Try shopping around. Some stores can be quite a bit more than others, so it...

What type of angora for me?

Since she wants a rabbit that can be plucked and doens't have the face wool, an English Angora would not be a good choice. Most lines don't moult, or don't moult very often, so plucking doesn't happen. English also tend to be harder to groom and can be more prone to matting (some coat types are...
