To help with knowing a bit what's behind things... Females mounting other bunnies is a show of dominance. Perhaps they're fighting over who's to be the Alpha bun?

LOL...AWW!!! How sweet...and cute!! I love it when they finally succumb to bunny love!!! Danny did when we got SweetPea. For some reason, he saw her ad on Craigslist, and said yes right away...and then promptly fell head over heels for her once she was home. I'd never seen him kiss on and love...

Admittedly, I don't know much about bonding, but if your bunnies fight now and then, they don't sound completely bonded to me...at least not enough to be living together full-time. I would consider taking them in to the vet's and having them both checked over, to be sure you didn't miss any...
