What/how often do you give veggies?

Different veggies. I give veggies morning and night. As to what kind, my bunny likes romaine, arugula, kale, cilantro, and parsley are her favorites.

Any rabbits live in living room?

I guess I didn’t make my situation clear. My rabbit doesn’t touch hardwood or any hard flooring. Every place I ever lived in was all hardwood. I had a large area rug in my living room and that’s where she lived because she wouldn’t go behind the rug... ever. No she lives in the breezeway, on a...

    Potty train again

Ok I just cleaned her area and confined her to a pen. I put 2 litter boxes filled with hay. I’ll be cleaning up any poop I see quickly. That’s my plan so far, hopefully I can expand her space soon because she is not happy. Let me know if anyone has had luck with this idea or if there are other...

What's the best way to clean a bunnies cage?

If the cage is really dirty you should be cleaning it more often. But I agree with the vinegar and just scrub it with a sponge or those little wire scrubber things. Make sure to rinse well.

Any rabbits live in living room?

Does anyone’s rabbit live free roam in their living room? If your rabbit is free roam where is their rabbit setup? I’m curious where people put their rabbits if they are free roam.

    Potty train again

My 1 year old spayed lionhead use to be really good with her litter habits, always peed in the box, and all her poop made it in the box probably 90% of the time. I have moved 4 months ago, and ever since then she has poop everywhere. She has the same litter boxes, same rugs she lives on same...

    Help! New here

So it could be just built up crust or an eye infection. It’s hard to seen in these pictures if it’s red whether there is pus. If it’s just crusty then take some saline and gauze pads and clean the crust around the eye. If it looks infected take her to the vet. My rabbit is a lionhead and her...

    Banana? for rabbits?

I'm not sure you question but my rabbit loves bananas, most rabbits do. But all fruits are high in sugar so we only use them as treats for bunnies.

    Please help

Thank you everyone so much!! The simethicone worked! And hand feeding her. She is doing well this morning, eating and pooping. The poop isn't normal yet but it's getting there.

    Please help

My rabbit doesn't feel well. This morning she was acting a little more shy than usual, but she ate her cilantro and pellets and hay. I took her outside to run around at 4pm but she didn't seem like playing, she just laid there which isn't that uncommon. At 5pm I went to get her outside and...

How much pellets do you give him?

    Some questions!

Exercise pens are the way to go, and so much cheaper than a cage.

My rabbit won't eat hay, help?

Give him a bunch or hay and don't give him any pellets. He will eventually eat the hay.

    Dried eye boogers

About every 2 weeks I notice a small dry eye booger on my lionhead. She is acting normal, her eye isn't red, and it's not wet. I have no problem just picking it off her. Is this normal with long haired rabbits or should I be concerned?

    Turning rabbit on their back

I've read that this is mean and Terrible to do, and then I see others do it. I placed my bunny on her back today in my lap so I could cut her back nails because I wasn't able to do it any other way and I get so guilty about it. What's your view on doing this?

    Hay storage

I was thinking the above... wicker basket, clear container, or just a garbage with step on lid.
