    Ear Mite medicine for cats...

Okay, just got back from the vet. They gave me Acarexx which is 0.01% Ivermectin. I'll give this and will wait a month and give Ivermectin paste if it still doesn't look cleared up. Thanks for the help Pam!

    Ear Mite medicine for cats...

Hi Everyone, I found a site somewhere saying that it is safe to use ear mite medication made for cats in the treatment of rabbits. I have Ivermectin and plan on using that later on, but I need something for relief now. I called the vet and they have ear mite medicine for cats. It's the same...

Older buck w/ lack of appetite

Thanks for your reply. I am giving him some whole oats which he loves. Could I give him too much of this? He's not cleaning up 1/4 cup pellets when I feed at 5:00 every day. He is eating some and drinking lots and pooping lots so I don't think he's sick. :?

Using cat litter in pull out pans

Is it okay to use cat litter in the bottom of the pull out pans? Their cages have wire bottoms so they wouldn't be actually sitting in the litter. I'm just worried about the dust from the litter...today Caiman was sneezing a lot so I'm hoping that he isn't getting sick or that the dust is...

Older buck w/ lack of appetite

I just bought a Jersey Wooly buck on saturday. He was born Feb. 2005, making him almost 3 1/2 years old. Is this old?? He is really thin, you wouldn't think it because of all the wool but those pin bones stick way out and ribs can be easilyfelt too.:(He's not eating as much as I would like but...

Full feed for a 3 mo. old bun?

Quick question, am I supposed to be giving full feed(unlimited amt.) to my 3 mo. old jersey wooly buck?? I have been feeding him just 1/3 cup daily plus hay but he seems really hungry all the time. How much should he be getting at his age? He's probably about 2 pounds right now(a big jr.!)...

    Am I an idiot?

Oh she is Gorgeous!! She looks to be a little long in type but it may just be that she has some extra weight in her midsection(or at least from the picture it appears to be). If it were me, I'd certainly take her, maybe try to get her to loose a little bit of weight and then re-assess breeding...
