    Bunny Boarding

That would be great Watermelons. But the main reason I'm seeking bunny boarding is I rent and their planning renovations to my place which means lots of dust and noise. And I don't want to put the bunny's health at risk even we have to vacate for the duration due to the stress it would cause...

    Bunny Boarding

The only person who could do it has dogs. And they already warned us that her dogs if given a chance would kill the bunny and while she will take every precaution she can not promise anything. So it warrants finding someone else to bunny watch.

    Litter training

Is it too soon to try and start litter training my bunny in his cage? I have had him for 8-9 days now or should I give him more time to settle in to his new home? As currently I'm playing move the litter box around game with him as he will change his bathroom area every time I move the litter...

    Trying to do this right.

We have started taking him out for playtime in a bunny play yard we set up (as we're still bunny proofing and wanting to litter train before he gets house freedom) So he can get some time out of cage the play area is about two or three of his cage in size. We take it outside where it is cooler...

    Bunny Boarding

Is there anyone on Vancouver Island (preferred North end Comox, courtnay, Campbell river area) who knows of a place with bunny knowledge that I can board a bunny that is not the vet? But can Board with someone as far south as Nanaimo. I know the boarding will be for around 2 weeks and the vet...

8 week old bunny eating problems

I did contact the breeder she says the bunny was fine with her and that one of my children (who never got to touch the bunny)must of petted the bunny too much or dropped her. But when we went to pick up the bunny she showed up at the address with the bunny type and color we wanted in the front...

8 week old bunny eating problems

Thanks everyone. Even the vet was surprised how fast she went. But sadly, she was the smallest of her siblings not as plump with the lack of healthy bunny behavior, and the vet on farther examination after the fact thinks she may of had bunny anorexia which could of went unnoticed in a breeder...

    Trying to do this right.

Yesterday after losing our first bunny the day before. We decided to try again so after sterilizing the cage and feed bowl and water bottle we set the cage up again. This time we looked for a bunny that was active, curious and had a desire to check things out the opposite of our deceased bunny...

8 week old bunny eating problems

Ok here is a update. I got a vet in to check her as a home visit but sadly there was nothing he could do for her. It is figured she was either ill when we got her as she was never a curious bunny or the stress of her relocation but she passed quietly this afternoon. Thanks for the help everyone.

8 week old bunny eating problems

Thank you for the Advice. But could her issues be caused by lack of sleep ( I know rabbits are active at dawn and dusk, sleeping the majority of the day)? As today is the first time I seen her sleep during the day and for her to do this I had to pick her up and put her in her den once I did she...

8 week old bunny eating problems

I got a Netherland dwarf rabbit, she is around eight weeks old now (born May 9). She has been in our home for six days now and she doesn't seem to be eating as her food is barely touched. For the first two days she was eating and drinking fine and had to have her bowl refilled several times in...
