I've thought about those, but I do worry that the grass-like fiber could be treated or fumigated with something that's unhealthy for bunnies. It's very hard to know since those products aren't regulated in the same way as baby toys or food are.

Is your bunny neutered? My bunny peed often on soft surfaces until she was neutered. I finally bought one of these waterproof blankets. It doesn't stop them from peeing, but it's much easier to wash the blanket than your sheets...

My little bunny goes through her entire 64 oz (1.89l) water supply every other day. When she had a bowl I was refilling it five times a day. And her litter is quite soaked by day 3. I do think she drinks slightly less in cooler weather, but generally this seems to be normal for her.

Omigosh, those eyes are gorgeous! I've been told that my bunny is a mix with brown and white Rex thrown in. Her fur is quite a bit shorter than that.
