    Fall and Nosebleed

Her teeth are normal and she's been great all day. The vet told me their skulls are crazy hard so there's not much to worry about. Thanks for the advice, I nearly died when I saw blood... I'm so relieved to see her binkying around the garden again.

    Fall and Nosebleed

Thanks for the second opinion, I didn't give it to her and I haven't noticed any tooth grinding or other behaviour which would suggest she's in pain. She's such a trooper, my heart stopped when I saw the blood. I'll post an update tomorrow afternoon after I've taken her and her buddy outside for...

    Fall and Nosebleed

I have some metacam from when I got her spayed a fortnight ago, would it be a good idea to give her that to ease any pain she may be having from her sore nose?

    Fall and Nosebleed

Biggi just now leapt from my arms over my shoulder and onto a hard tile floor. When I got to the floor and calmed her I realised her nose was bleeding. She flinched when I cleaned the left side, so the damage is there. Do I need to take her to the emergency vet for a fall like that? I'm very...

    Banzaii

With his tiny ears and fluffy paws, Banzaii bun makes all the laws! He does what he wants, when he wants. He loves a good cuddle.

    Biggi

Biggi lives on the first floor of the hutch. She loves binkying outside in the back garden and shredding paper. Once, she had a false pregnancy and it was kind of hilarious, but she's spayed now.

    Marking Edges of Playpen

Clean the area with white vinegar and they generally don't go there again. Make sure they have clear access to the hutch and maybe consider putting a litter box in the xpen too so they have an extra place to go when they're playing.

    Buck Biting After Neutering

He ran to bite when I was filling his food bowl the day after being neutered but that's the last instance either of us recall. He's mostly seen frolicking around the house and being a little cutie these days. I think his biting will stay away, he's so much more approachable since we moved him...

    Buck Biting After Neutering

He's all trained up now, thanks for the help and advice!

    Buck Biting After Neutering

I'm glad to hear that, thanks for the advice. He's still lunging occasionally but I can predict the situations where he'll do it and avoid them. He's really acting like a teenager! The main thing is that he's all healed up now after the operation. I'm hoping to start litter training in two weeks...

    Buck Biting After Neutering

Yeah, I've been careful to keep his hutch clean and it looks like it's healed up nicely even already. I hope it's not habitual crossness as he was such a sweet, friendly bunny!

Neutering and litterl box training! Help!!!

I hope neutering improves the litter box usage. Both of my bunnies are fantastic for using their litter boxes, using it alone to urinate in. But they both still leave odd pellets around their hutches. My boy bunny, Banzaii, poos around the living room so I'm hoping that will diminish with some...

    Buck Biting After Neutering

My rabbit Banzaii was neutered last Wednesday and since the procedure his temperament has completely changed. Before last week, he'd give you a loving nibble when being petted, but he'd never lunge or latch on to you. Then on Thursday evening, when I was putting his food into his bowl, he lost...

    Wide Open Space/Exercise Problems

Update: I've started getting down on my hands and knees and hopping along beside her in the ground. She presses her body up against my arm for reassurance and she'll hop with me. My knees and elbows are destroyed but it's a small price to pay for a happy bunny!

The newest memeber of the rabbit clan, Pepsi!

That's so reassuring, my smaller rabbit would definitely do the same if cornered... I don't have a cat, but just in case one got in the house it's good to know cats are intimidated in spite of size disparities!

    Real Men Love Bunnies II!

My lad will kill me when he sees I've posted these but how cute are these photos!? Nothing more endearing than a macho fella acting all paternal in spite of himself. :D

    Wide Open Space/Exercise Problems

I have a medium-sized Lionhead/Dutch Miniature cross called Biggi, who is almost fully grown. My rabbits have a big two tier hutch but they live in separate tiers because they're not neutered. Anyway, Biggi doesn't like being carried very much, which makes taking her outside for exercise less...
