Repurposing pieces of furniture into two hutches!

No, the basement. I’m thinking of splitting the basement into two so they each can free roam during the day

Repurposing pieces of furniture into two hutches!

My parents don’t want them taking up much space. If I don’t convince them that these won’t take up much space then they’re going back outside. Its the first time they’ve considered letting them be inside since my one got flystrike

Repurposing pieces of furniture into two hutches!

Well I have 2 bonded rabbits, a buck and a doe and I have another buck who also needs a hutch. So thats why I was going to do two separate ones. But thank you! They all would be free to roam of course, as it is only a home base

Repurposing pieces of furniture into two hutches!

Its a tad small but they’re going to be able to get some free time during the day. The hutch will be for night time/ when we aren't home. And since I’m heading to college next year, having these hutches will be a blessing for my parents to clean, especially since I’m going to make it easy to clean

Repurposing pieces of furniture into two hutches!

Hey guys! I have recently found that repurposing furniture looks super cool! I want to do it for my little ones so I’ve been looking around for different things. I recently went to the nearby Care & Share and found two different pieces that I want to work on! They are $25 together, one being $10...

Parents want me to rehome my bunny.

The only reason they should be in a small cage like that is if they’re recovering from a surgery. 2 of my rabbits are free roam right now but the 3rd is in a slightly larger recovering from on going medical issues and surgeries. She still gets some exercise but it has to be closely watched so...

    Update on Fly-strike healing

Some how she got off her cone and she pulled out the bandage and I don’t know how long she’s been licking it There are absolutely no hours today and I will not go to the one vet that’s open today. So i took tape and taped a gauze to it and put a different cone on her. At least until tomorrow...

    Update on Fly-strike healing

Oreo had gotten fly-strike awhile back and has been going through the long process of healing. She still has a wound on her back but that is healing up nicely. But I went away for a day and a night and in that time she got a bump on her inner leg, right next to a small wound that is healing. So...

    Will her hair grow back?

She has to stay at the vet again and go through another surgery. Prayers!

    Will her hair grow back?

It is healing but slowly. I have to take her to the vet once a week to get everything cleaned and such. The vet said if the wound on her leg doesn't heal up and soon he wants to put her under and then really clean it out and then maybe suture it closed.

    Will her hair grow back?

Update on Oreo. The vet said she’s doing great and he likes the way her wound is healing. His only worry is that she has a sort of hole in her leg that won’t heal and today I noticed a bump that isn’t supposed to be there. I suppose it is puss filled, since the hole in her leg has discharge...

    Baby wild rabbit all alone

Hey guys. Just a few minutes ago I found a baby wild rabbit all alone right near my garden. I caught it, checked for injuries and then put it right back where it was because the momma might come back. I left for a few minutes to grab my phone to take a picture of it and by the time I got back it...

    Share your bunnies!

I have 3! This is Snoball (he is about 11 years old) and Flapjack (he was about 2 years old) who is sadly not with us anymore. And then this is Oreo and Spot who have been bonded since birth and they are about 4 or 5 years old.
