    Got snow?

I didn't know that rabbits could play in the snow and be fine with the temperature! I guess if they are born in cold environment then they grow up adapted to the weather changes....but WOW that's amazingo_O

    Baby bunnies

yay their eyes are open! (I just read this post after the one on the other thread where you said their eyes weren't open yet) they are super cute babies amycrow98 and I agree with Cookiemonster - it all depends on how much the mum trusts you

    Silvers babies

WOW! they are super fluffy already at only 11 days old! I'm so jealous - mine are 10 days and no way as fluffy as yours!
  4. JimJam

I'm obsessed with taking pictures of my rabbit! Show me your bunnies too!

mine are 9 days old and eyes are open yaaaaay! your bunnies should definitely have their eyes open by now amycrow98... they look like they have good slits so maybe they just don't want to open their eyes at the moment but actually can open them?

Wow that’s soooooo sad!!!:( And I thought she would be alright after 8 weeks... sometimes life just doesn’t make sense xx

    Baby bunnies

I don’t know about amycrow98 baby rabbits, but my 8 plus mum are doing fantastic! Opened their eyes today (9 days old) and getting fluffier by the day! I’ll post pictures tomorrow morning :)

    Baby bunnies

Personally I would say it wouldn’t spread to the babies, but I’ve never heard of a rabbit sneezing repeatedly... maybe some research will answer why your rabbit is sneezing?

    Flemish Fever Pictures

This is my NZ Flemish Giant at 9 months old, she has such sweet attitude! This is my male NZ Flemish Giant at 5 months old. His parents are both 8kg which is big for New Zealand rabbits so I’m hoping for the best!

    Baby bunnies

I haven’t done holland lops before, but generally with all litters: make sure they are staying warm (after a week they are capable of staying warm themselves) and that they have round tummies. Other then that, there’s not much else you can do but wait till they grow cuter everyday!

    Baby bunnies

Yes it is! The photo is of them just after feed, they come off mum when she’s finished and don’t end up in the nest which is very annoying! I put them back in the nest but they seem too hot and cuddle up outside of nest...

    Baby bunnies

They are 3/4 nz Flemish Giant, mum is 1/2 nz Flemish 1/2 Lop and takes the Lop side (only weighs 3.5 kg and has Lop pattern but doesn’t have Lop ears) dad is pure nz Flemish Giant. I can definitely see some bigger kits and some smaller kits. 4 1/2 days old

    Is this normal??

She’s a cutie I’ll give you that! Looks like a dwarf...but otherwise she’ll be fine I reckon.

    babies again

    THANKS A LOT!!!

    Is this normal??

If it’s 8 weeks old today then I should be perfectly fine, just is a lot smaller then the rest. Might have smaller genes so that is why it is small. Could you send a photo?

    babies again

Ok thank you, hopefully someone will know... this will b her second litter and with her first litter she did the exact same thing but on day 21. She makes a ‘practise’ nest with pine needles and hay but no fluff then leaves it alone so that should hopefully be a good sign...

    Baby bunnies

They look healthy to me! My 8 kits are all doing well, they seem to get a feed at exactly 8am and 2pm. Today is their 5th day, I’ll show pics this afternoon

    babies again

That looks like a mini Rex to me! I have an important question: my female Flemish giant is day 20 today and is making her ‘practise’ nest. Is this a sign of a false pregnancy?
