    Safe rugs for rabbits.

You can buy gym mats and crocodile clips or even cloth pins to pin the sheet to the mats so it doesn't move around when your bun hops around. I would suggest that if your bun is only pooing and not urinating on it then you don't exactly need to wash the sheet daily (unless you'd like to for some...

    Safe rugs for rabbits.

Well natural seagrass mats are amazing for rabbits they will try to dig at them and perhaps chew them, so if you want more of an area rug that you don't want damaged from my personal experience I wouldn't give a seagrass one unless you are okay with them damaging it. You could try buying those...

How can I improve bun's area?

Ah I must have measured wrong! She does get free roam time in our kitchen for a few hours so she isn't just confined to her area :) Thanks for answering <3

How can I improve bun's area?

Thanks! The problem is that my bun has taken a liking to trying to squeeze behind the washing machine and dryer which isn't very safe so I use a pen that she can't squeeze behind :) Thanks for your suggestion! I do actually have the space to move the hutch back so I will definitely do that so...

How can I improve bun's area?

Hey guys, I'm looking to make some changes to make the area better for a new bunny! Basically I have a hutch that is 6ft by 5ft by 4ft (approximately) and the door is never closed so my bun uses it as a 'home base' and spends most of her time flopping inside. She has a little area outside her...

    Fibre pellets

I think that maybe the person surrendered the bun to the shelter fed that mix and they were trying to gradually change their food but didn't get a chance to because the bun was adopted before they could try! it's actually pretty common! <3

    Post neutering surgery

Your bun is such a cutie! When I got my rabbit spayed my vet advised me to remove any levels or high areas that the bun could jump on (just in case they rip the stitch jumping) although I'm not sure if this is really helpful... <3

    24/7 bonding or bunny dates?

ah thanks for that! It's just that I heard that some buns might get aggressive because they can smell each other but can't reach other, but I guess it depends on the buns :)

    24/7 bonding or bunny dates?

Hey guys, some of you might know that we are looking to adopt a bun friend for my single bun Bambi, originally we filled out an adoption form for a rex rabbit called Arthur who was honestly the handsomest (if that even is a word) rabbit I've ever seen lol, but unfortunately he was re-homed...

    Nail trimming

Does your vet offer to trim them? My bun is a nightmare and we took her in one day for a trimming and she was an angel! She just sat there and let the vet do her job which was very surprising, anyways I would recommend checking if your vet can do it for you.

Is the VHD1 vaccine the same as the RHD vaccine?

I'll ask the vets when we go in next time, but for now I got the confirmation that she has had them and the dates for her next doses. And yes the shelter we are looking to adopt her partner from vaccinates, neuters and offers bonding services which I think is great!

Is the VHD1 vaccine the same as the RHD vaccine?

I'm not sure if my vets do vaccination cards, but I filled in the adoption form with the dates and the volunteer said it was okay, so we may be getting a new bun soon!

Is the VHD1 vaccine the same as the RHD vaccine?

Hi guys, I'm looking into adopting a rabbit and one of the questions on the form is if our existing rabbit has had her VHD1 vaccine along with the two doses of RHD. I called my vet and the receptionist she said our rabbit has had both the doses of RHD and she said that she needed to confirm with...

    Biting Bars?

Maybe you could try to distract her with foraging? You could place herbs or pellets in her hay and it should keep her occupied for a bit :)

How to get rid of dusty hay?

Hey guys, I bought Small Pet Select hay for the first time and bought a 20lb box (just in case we couldn't buy hay in the future because of lockdown restrictions). It is by far the best hay I have ever bought and my bun loves it! But the thing I've noticed it that it can get quite dusty, I try...

    small amounts of blood?

no problem! If it was near the litter box your bun might have urinated over the edge of their litter box and it could have ended up on the floor :)

    small amounts of blood?

Is it possible that one of your buns had an accident? It could possibly be dark coloured urine

    Is Vets4Pets any good?

I personally have no experience with Vets4Pets, but there is a link below that can help you fins a rabbit savvy vet nearby <3 just type your area in and you should be able to see one near you :)...
