Does he have a little house or something in the open area he runs around in? Like a nesting box that would be in their cage? I found setting one in the living room where my buns run around gave them a place to hide when they wanted peace and quiet and it has pretty much ended them wanting to go...

Sounds like he needs some toys. Bunnies can be very playful and full of energy and chew toys they can throw around is a great way to let them get that energy out.

I got Bennie neutered and plan to have her spayed as soon as she’s old enough (for her health benefits as she ages). Bennie has calmed down drastically since he was neutered.
