    Laxatone???

Some vets prescribe it if your rabbit has woodblock. However Dana Krempels is against giving it even for woodblock and she is a rabbit specialist and has a PHD and writes academic papers on rabbits. I wouldn't give it to your rabbit just cause it likes it. The reason your rabbit likes it might...

    Rabbits broken foot, please help!

I don't know why your rabbit was moaning but if it is in a lot of pain of course it should have proper pain meds. Also, after operations its important that the rabbit eats right after and drinks water. If it didn't then especially make sure you syringe electrolytes/fluids to hydrate 10ml/15ml...

    Cage Chewing?

Maybe try to attach some sticks to the bars of the cage so she can pull and push at them and has resistance.

    Rabbits broken foot, please help!

Where is it broken exactly? If you google rabbit in a cast and look in images there are lots of bunnies in casts so I know its possible to put on a cast.

Did I make a major mistake?

Since it sounds like you got them to bond, be careful to keep them together at all times, like if you get one spayed take the other with her to the vet even and have her wake up with the other there. Sometimes if one goes to the vet and then comes back smelling funny they reject them.

Our baby bunny ate 2 Jade plant leaves (poisonous)

It sounds like from that link Watermelons posted jade plants aren't very toxic. So hope he is ok, let us know what happens.

Long Flight - Crate or Carry-on

Its good that United is letting him fly with you. I flew my dog from Virginia USA to New Zealand. People told me horror stories about dogs in flying with luggage being left out with luggage during hot summer months on the tarmac and dying or trying to people trying give them food or water in...

Leg Abscess - the healing process

I know manuka honey was mentioned earlier. I think it would be really good to use the medical grade manuka honey that diabetics use on wounds that won't heal, I know its expensive but I've read really good things about it.

    Shedding

This video is better than the last video I posted because it discusses 4 different tools and says where to buy the tools. There is another tool called the hairbuster comb that is supposed to be very good as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Phvk1ObuZCI

    Shedding

Here is a video of someone using a furminator, only use the furminator to get loose fur out- don't use it on matts at all it could leave a bald spot or tear the skin. If there is a matt its best to clip it out with ball tip grooming scissors very carefully...

    Shedding

I use a furminator, the smaller size one for cats. I have heard people warning other people not to use them and saying they are even dangerous but I have Jersey Woolies and Netherland dwarfs and use one everyday and it works really well. I used to use a lot of other tools but now I use the...

    Neutered

I would try to find the best vet, that has experience with rabbits, the anaesthetic and everything is a little bit different with rabbits compared to cats and dogs and I wouldn't want to take may rabbit to a vet not familiar with rabbits. On the bright side since yours is a boy the surgery is...

    Health...S.A.D

Also after doing a quick google on UV light for rabbits there did seem to be a lot of articles saying it is important for their health and proper organ function and vitamin D. One article even said it could be possible that a baby rabbit that doesn't get any UV might have problems with its bone...

    Health...S.A.D

You could look into getting a special perfectly balanced UV light for him. The kind they put in reptile enclosures. There are rabbit breeders who light their rabbitries with balanced UVA/UVB full spectrum daylight bulbs. There can't be glass in front of the bulb or it won't work. Every animal...

    Irregular poop shapes

Do you think the poos are stuck together by fur? I would also suggest brushing your rabbit a lot to keep him from ingesting loose fur. I would also feed some leafy green lettuce (but not ice burg). A vet I know who also breeds angoras told me to feed bunches of leafy green lettuce when rabbits...

    Need some reassurances, please!!

I've been really surprised by some of the things my rabbits have eaten that did not seem to affect them, like duct tape on a box. Plastic sticky stuff can't possibly be good but it was gone along with some of the box it was on. My bun seemed fine afterwards.

    Irregular poop shapes

The ones that are small and stuck together like grapes are probably cecotropes the ones they are supposed to eat at night. I wouldn't worry about those too much because I reckon he is pooping extra and couldn't eat them all. I think the small and large egg shaped poos are a sign what ever is...

    My bunny just fell!!!

28 inches doesn't sound to far to fall so I hope he is ok. Sometimes with injuries they always feel worse the next day though so I guess all you can do is keep a close eye on him.
