I think you might have to anxiety bond them every day for a little while. Other than that no contact should be had between the two. But I should also stress that I don't know what I'm talking about.

Poops are no big deal. Hell bring your vacuum and increase the anxiety training. You could also bring a cheap tarp and lay it over one of the beds.

Have you thought about renting a hotel room for a night as a neutral area. Not only would the car ride over be scary but I doubt either bunny has been to the local holiday inn (or whatever)

I barely ever hold Dortmund and we get along just fine. I've only had him for about three weeks now and he is my first rabbit. Sure he gets surly occasionally. He was angry with me for two days after I brought him home from being neutered. Wouldn't even eat the bits of banana I left for him...

See... this is one of the reasons I got Dortmund fixed. Baby rabbits are super cute, but wayyyyy too much drama.

Ummm Dortmund was chewing on some hay when all of a sudden he let out an extremely loud wet sounding fart. It scared him and he ran into his cave. Is this normal? Is this something I should expect regularly? I mean it was almost as loud as a human fart. He hasn’t bern eating anything super...

As far as I know Dortmund has only peed outside his litter box once. I plopped him down on my bed while I was using the shop vac to clean out his cage. He huddled in a corner and wet himself and my bed. Totally my fault.

Dortmund was humming two days ago. He had surgery yesterday and so I left him alone. He has been unhappy about the cone around his head and the medicine I shoved in his mouth this morning, so I have been giving him his space.

Dortmund got fixed yesterday. Today on his perch was a pile of poops. Normally his poop is firm and round but today they were sticky and weirdly shaped. I assume this is due to the surgery and medication he had yesterday?

I should also point out that I’ve only had a rabbit for 3 weeks and haven’t had any pet since I was sixteen. So, I’m probably not the best person to ask.
