Taking apart a pen (or rather just taking off the connecters) was actually really easy. The hardest part was actually getting a good grip on the pliers. I'm for the most part liking how the cage turned out :)

You mean the tips of her ears go into the bowl and get wet that way? This happens to my lop all the time and it always dries on its own without any issue. I wouldn't switch over to a bottle for just this reason, especially because she won't get enough water that way.

I would leave the poos actually. This may keep your bun from feeling the need to continue marking. I like to use a 50/50 water vinegar solution on hard flooring as well as carpet. You can use vinegar undiluted but imo that smells very strong and 50/50 is more than enough.

Flystrike can be fatal in less than 12 hours, the number is probably lower with babies. You need to get to a vet.
