I see you're feeding critical care to help with eating less of hay which could actually contribute to his weight- I've actually seen critical care being advised to feed for underweight rabbits because it helps them gain weight so feeding it may make him more overweight :)

Mint is probably the best IMO because it grows so quickly and there's never not enough because just how quickly it gorws and spreads like a weed. Celery is also good because you can eat the stalks and there's lots of leaves on it for your bunny to eat!

I think @Blue eyes answered your main concern nicely :) Regarding the wood hideout, you could always use a fabric pee pad on top (search washable puppy pads or guinea dad pads on amazon) or coat the hideout with a safe sealant like unboiled linseed oil.

Done! I didn't really know what to put for how much space since Odyssey is in a 2.5 sq meter pen for 8 hours during the night but otherwise she has free reign of the kitchen, living room and breakfast area so I just put 8 sq m+ I hope it doesn't throw off the results!
