Bun has a growth on the side of his mouth

If he is just grooming it a lot, don't be too worried. If it starts to look irritated due to scratching/grooming, i would just see if the vet could do a check-up. Look for changes in his behavior and if there are non, don't stress yourself out. If he seems normal and acting like himself, he...

    Can Bunny Go Out?

So, about two weeks ago my dad sprayed our yard (only about three acres of it) with stuff to kill weeds only. (not sure what he used......) I had been taking my Bunster outside daily but had to stop then. I am not sure when I can start taking her out again. It has rained probably three times...

Im new and what breeds are my beloved bunnies

You said your rabbits free roam with chickens? I would be careful with that. I'm not sure how long you've had them free roaming with chickens. Chickens have a very nasty habit of loving to peck animals eyes. Chickens are actually very disturbing sometimes. I've had chickens since I was five...

    Bun not shedding

Don't worry too much. Rabbits shed every three months and it can be a very light shed sometimes. Since shes only nine months, I wouldn't worry too much. :3

    Confuzzled

I wouldn't worry about stepping on a smaller bunny. They will make sure you don't forget them! 😂 Also potty training depends on the bunny. My rabbit isn't spayed due to circumstances and she only has a few stray poos here and there. It isn't a problem. Anyway, when you deside to get a rabbit...

    Malnourished baby rabbit

Make sure he is getting fed more than the other. Add a few more feedings just for him. I hope the situation gets better and I hope others can help you more!

How to tell the babies apart?

You can try sharpie marks inside their ears, but that doesn't last too long. Beet juice is also a good option since it stains. If you want, you could also cut a section of their fur (not all the fur just a little) so you can tell the difference. Y

Rabbit eating Hay for the first Time.

It is not okay for Caramel to have alfalfa hay once he passes five months. I'm not sure about the horse hays. I've just always given my bun timothy hay. The reason he can't have alfalfa past five months is because it has too much calcium for what he needs. :D

    Still nipping/biting?

Is it a nip bite? Nip bites can still hurt but are for attention. A real bite would be different and you would be able to tell the difference. What does she do leading up to the bit? Is she digging you clothes? Binkying? Are you in "her" space and she doesn't like that?

    Bot Fly Infestation

Is there a way maybe you could catch her with minimal stress? That's such a difficult situation. I would try it find a way to carefully get her into a box or something. I don't have too much experience with this matter though. How the Bot Fly Causes Warbles in Rabbits - Countryside Hope this...

    Struggling With my Bunny?

Is he neutered? Unspayed/unnuetered rabbits tend to be more destructive and also would pee and poo more outside of their litter boxes. You really can't make him stop chewing. I guess that's what rabbits do. I have a chewer and just have to make sure my cords are out of her teeth's reach.

    Bunny breathing heavy

I'm so sorry! It sounds like your trying very hard! Sadly, I really don't know anything about this condition. I bet someone else on this forum can help. I hope he gets better!

    Trouble Eating

Last Sunday Bunster injured herself. I'm assuming it was her mouth or nose. I've been trying to figure out what she can and cannot eat. So far she can eat hay, grass, plantain, ect. But, what's weird is that she can only eat hard foods that are in tiny pieces like the size of two balls at the...

Please help!! Bunny poop - I’ve never seen anything like this...

I've never heard of anything like that before. I'd wait and see what others say. One thing I will mention though is that you said her gets a whole plate of pellets, a yogurt drop, and some hay. He should get as much hay as he wants. He should also not be getting fed yogurt drops. I know pet...

    Pregnant bunny

Could it be a false pregnancy? Could there be somewhere else she hid them?

    New Owner- Appetite?

He should be eating (per day) 1/4 cup of pellets (not a mix with treats, just plain pellets) 1-2 cups of veggies (depending on size, large rabbit should have 2 while smaller ones maybe 1-1 1/2) Unlimited timothy hay or if its not an adult rabbit it gets unlimited alfalfa Also (no need to say)...

Clump of fur stuck near rabbit's bottom?

For her fur? Maybe. I would switch back to normal pellets and see if it goes away though. No rabbit should ever have that mix. Maybe you could pick the treats (or sunflowers or whatever) out until you have a chance to get different pellets?

Clump of fur stuck near rabbit's bottom?

What kind of pellets? Make sure it's not a treat mix. Many people think that's what is best but no. Also about the fur clumps. Is it a angora or woolly jersey (or some other long haired rabbit)? I so, thats normal for them to get tangled clumps and is easy to fix. You just need to brush her...
