I am having a similar problem with my doe except she isn’t on any medications. She is shedding and some of her poops are strung together.

That one might be some sort of an otter. You might want to wait a few days for it to grow more fur

Just wait a few more days. If you get to 25 day’s and she doesn’t give birth, palpate her or take her to the vet to see if she is pregnant. If not, you can rebreed her.
