I don't have exact experience with this but in the standard for mini Rex it says: Senior Does- 6 months of age and over, 3 1/4 to 4 1/2 pounds. Ideal weight 4 1/4 pounds. A mini Rex should not be smaller than a Netherland dwarf as their max weight 2 1/2 pounds

It's hard to tell what breed your bunny is from the photo in the registry. An age and weight might be helpful to know. Unfortunately REW is a recognized in many breeds.
