    Springtails

I don't see anything inside his ear, but outside his ear he seems to have an area that doesn't have much fur. O_o But it could just be normal because his ears just started flopping so I don't know what they should look like.

    Too hot outside?

yeah I used to provide a frozen water bottle (two liter size) to my bunny I had as a kid who was outdoors. Even with that though when it was over 100 it was too hot and I think that was the reason for his passing. :( If she's ignoring it she's most likely fine lol.

Just got a new bunny! Super nervous...

Thanks JBun. I bought oxbow adult -- do I need to transition and only give him a small amount to start with and gradually increase?

Just got a new bunny! Super nervous...

hey Jbun,:D They are the same Kaytee ones, but without the colored bits so just the pellets. Thought it was going okay but we lasted about a week. Tons of cecotropes again today. Yeah he has a fleece blanket in the xpen area and he doesn't do too much with it. He moves around the pen...

Just got a new bunny! Super nervous...

We were doing so well with some pellets and cecotropes were gone, but today I woke up to find some again! So.. back to no pellets. Bunster has also developed a habit of digging and scratching when he's in the x-pen area (which has a sheet as the flooring). I have phonebook...cardboard..but nope..

    Water bottle or bowl?

the only annoying thing about the bowl is Bunster manages to kick hay into it so I have to clean it very often.

    Digging Boxes/Toys

See that's what I keep hearing Popsicles, but when I pet him he runs off!!! So it's not that X_X He won't sit still for any sort of cuddles. I think it could be that he wants pellets. He will lick me.. scratch at my clothes...and bite. But if I start petting him he'll hop away. When you...

    Digging Boxes/Toys

Bunster has been going crazy digging at my shirt lately.. X_X It's driving me nuts. I just put a bunch of paper in a box but seems he has no interest.. I don't know I think it might be the sound it makes. X_X

    Water bottle or bowl?

I just gave Bunster both options and saw he drank from the bowl. He never touches the water bottle.. but it's there.

    Digging Boxes/Toys

Bunster is getting to the age where he's starting to .. err.. destroy things. I had put some cardboard pieces and tubes in his pen before, and they were relatively untouched until yesterday! This morning I woke up to find cardboard pieces on the pen floor. He also kept digging and digging in...

    How do you store everything?

I'm wondering the same thing, since I hear hay needs to have air otherwise it will get moldy. Right now I just have a cardboard box sitting in the den where Bunster it is but it is quite unsightly. Thinking of getting a piece of furniture where I could store Bunster's supplies too...

How often do you clean your rabbit's cage and litter?

Bunster rearranges his "furniture" too, it's funny! I put a house/tunnel I made out of a cardboard box in there and at first I had it against the wall.. well he decided it didn't belong there, and pushes it so that there's space between the wall and the house for him to run! Genius. Winston...

Can I eat that strange box hoomans call " computers"?

I like to sit on mommy's box too, cause she is always staring at it! It's got this very bright screen and it's funny feeling and sounds come out of it! I tried to chew on the side too! Mommy always takes it away from me cause I sit on the buttons and then things happen.

    Age you can cut toenails

How often do you all do this? I have yet to clip Bunster's but I'm getting scratched when he kicks so I think they're too long lol

Getting a rabbit used to being handled

yeah I don't know why but I've watched so many videos and I can't find any sort of position that doesn't feel super awkward to pick up/hold Bunster. And sometimes he just kicks and gets away. He flinches now if he thinks he's going to get picked up .. I can pick up like this -->...

Getting a rabbit used to being handled

I understand your point of view. I don't intend on spending time with my bunny holding it but if it's possible, which some people's experience seems to indicate it is, I'd like to get to a place where I can hold him and have him be calm so I know he's not going to freak out at some inopportune...
