Agouti is possible, potentially with broken and/or vienna and/or white ear. If the sire carries black you might get blacks as well. The rest of it depends on what they both carry.

Generic mixes. The third one has a bit of a mane so it has to have some lionhead somewhere in it but otherwise the rabbit does not look lionhead at all so Id guess that the lionhead is pretty far back.

No. Rabbits have no issues eating in the dark. I only feed mine when its dark. A rabbit that young should not be having vegetables yet, just hay and pellets.

Honestly I would try to look for an angora breeder near you and ask if they can show you how to clip them. Those would be the people with the most experience clipping angoras, and a reputable breeder should be more than happy to help teach people imo. What about the breeder you bought him from?
