If he is still eating and playing around I wouldn't be too worried. If he hasn't pooped by the morning or if he stops eating then I would take him to the vet. Really push him to eat hay right now and limit his pellets to make sure he is eating tons of hay.

They could still be siblings, but they are mixed breeds. Since she doesn't really look like a holland lop, I wouldn't think they are purebred holland lops. They are both so cute!

He could be having a reaction to the collard. How much did you give him? Is he still eating lots of hay? How are his poops today?

When did you get the male rabbits? Are the male rabbits bonded? Have there been any changes in your house? Sometimes even cleaning the room the bunnies are in can cause them to fight. Are the bunnies separated right now? If you put the rabbits together (with you closely watching) how they react...

Remove all the treats and pellets. Make sure she has lots of hay and water. She can have some veggies but soak them in water first so she gets water from them. I hope she gets better!
