    Goodbye Bunny Boy

I’ve been putting making this thread off for about a week now. Dune passed away last Tuesday. I woke up to him gone and buried him before breakfast. We were so sure he was getting better because his eating habits were getting so close to back to normal (This thread), but I guess we were wrong...

Poopy Butt, Excess Ceotropes, and Barely Eating

It looks like cecal dysbiosis. It seems like he’s slowly recovering as well. I started wetting his veggies when he stopped eating his pellets and hay (he would kind of just nibble the veggies and wouldn’t finish them), I’ve been giving him about 1/2 a cup in the morning and 1/2 a cup at night...

Poopy Butt, Excess Ceotropes, and Barely Eating

His butt isn’t swollen anymore, I don’t know why it WAS.

Poopy Butt, Excess Ceotropes, and Barely Eating

There is no blood or mucus in his poop. I don’t know how to tell the difference between diarrhea and ceotrpes, but it smells and looks like ceotropes. He lives in the house, but the room he’s in doesn’t have air conditioning because the windows are the wrong shape. There are only two rooms in...

Poopy Butt, Excess Ceotropes, and Barely Eating

Yesterday I noticed Dune wasn’t as energetic as usual and he had some uneaten ceotropes. I brushed it off as it just being because he was hot (I mist their ears, they have tile, and they have frozen water bottles, but we don’t have an air conditioner to put in the room that the rabbits are in)...

Issues with trust practices (long post)

I’m gonna leave the other questions to people more knowledgeable than I am. You can put his pellets, vegetables, or a piece of fruit in the carrier to give him a reason to go in. To help him be more comfortable with it and go in faster you could put the carrier in a couple days early.

    Possible outcomes??

Note: These are all me trying to give some of the most likely colors, not the minute possibilities from recessive genes that neither rabbit show. Broken Chestnut - 25% VM/VC - 50% broken - Chestnut - Maybe a chocolate Black VM - 50% VM/VC - 25% BEW - Chestnut - Maybe black - Small chance of...

    Possible outcomes??

Chocolate VM x Blue Eyed White= - 50% BEWs - 50% VMs/VCs - I don’t know what possible colors would go with the VMs without knowing the BEW parent’s genotype. Chocolate VM x Heavy Vm Broken Opal= - 25% VMs/VCs - Most will probably be chestnut/agouti colored - You may get black, opal, and/or...

Get to know each other game!

Enthusiastic, no, but we do a fair amount every year. I personally prefer growing fruits and berries. TPBM has some kind of fruit tree (we have 3 apple trees)

This is Dune, my sweet, gentle, and caring little bunny boy. (This was during some outside time, all my rabbits live indoors) This is Opal, she is all spunk and sass. This is Bullet, it took me a bit to earn his trust, but he is a sweet little boy. Last, but certainly not least, is Eeyore...

    Hello! BEW/VM breeding question!

Just keep in mind, 50% will also be VM, so not showable.
