    Humping

I’ve had to separate them, as of currently, (still in the same room but divided) because he keeps chasing her around and mounting her, she seems to have had enough and is actively running away from him and thumping at him, and has even lunged at him. I really do not understand what has brought...

    Humping

Hi! It’s been a while since I posted on here! Hope everyone and their bunnies are doing well! I’m having an issue with my male rabbit, before I explain, I have 2 bunnies my Male (Eugene) I have had for 3years and has been neutered for roughly the same amount of time, and Cora my doe, who I have...

    Best brush?

Thank you for the reply, I’ll have to purchase one of these brushes, I’ve had my bunny for almost 3 years not and I groom him regularly but the fur is so much! And as I said have been through many different brushes, I’ve also read a lot about certain brushes causing damage to the bunny’s skin...

    Best brush?

Hi, my bunny sheds so much fur, and i brush and brush and it’s just never ending, I’ve tried different brushes ranging from the “wire combs” to rubber mits and it never seems to get it all. All year long he seems to never stop shedding and I’m worried about him swallowing fur when grooming...

    Bunny injury

Today I noticed what I thought was my bunny biting my other bun, but I checked his skin to see a big bald patch with a huge scab, I assume she was trying to pull the scab off, I’ve separated them temporarily because I don’t want her to interfere with it, but I don’t know how long he’s been...

My binky was put to rest, please read.

I’m so so sorry for your loss, I had a similar situation about 4 years ago and to this day I still wonder if euthanasia was the right choice.. but you can’t beat yourself up, rabbits are so incredibly fragile, it’s not your fault, my thoughts are with you, give yourself time to grieve but do not...

Why Did You Join Rabbits Online?

I joined to get advice and to help others, I’ve had rabbits for about 4 years and as much as I like to think I know what’s best for them, I still like a second opinion 🙂

    Sneezing

Took her to the vet today, she has a early on infection so I’m picking up her antibiotics soon and hopefully she’ll get better quick 🥰

    Sneezing

I’ll try and take a picture of her nose to show you, from what I can see it’s a very pale yellow colour (she’s a pure white rabbit so makes it easier to see) from what I can see, even while her nose is wet it seems to be tinted yellow, not white, but it is sticky/gooey

    Sneezing

I live in the UK. And I’m from a small village and vet suggestions wouldn’t do me any help as I can’t drive and it’s rather difficult to travel to the other vets, though I will update my profile. I thought the exact same thing, confused why it’s shut on a Thursday but Im calling them tomorrow to...

    Sneezing

So update from when I posted this, I woke up this morning and checked her and she now has a pale yellow discharge around her nose. Unfortunately the vets by me are closed today which is just typical. Is there anything I can use as home remedy to help her until I can book her an appointment at...

    I love my rabbits.. but..

I tried mine in the cage but the were so noisy (rattling the bars etc) overnight, so I’ve gone back to keeping them out with access to the cage if they want- even though they have a large dog kennel rather then a “cage” they still prefer running around the room, I just shuffle across the room...

    I love my rabbits.. but..

Yes, I’ve adapted to the “rabbit shuffle” they still run around me constantly but no more tripping is great

    Sneezing

I have checked around her nose, I’ll try giving it a wipe and see how she goes

    I love my rabbits.. but..

See I do have a cage for them but I’m not comfortable in keeping them in there, they’re free to go in or leave at anytime. My rabbits have absolutely no regard to me walking lol.. no really been able to stop them so I just shuffle across the room so I don’t trip over them etc

    Sneezing

Or even how I could treat her

    Sneezing

My bunny has recently started sneezing, not excessively, she is eating, drinking and her urine and stool are both normal, and there is no gunk around her eyes or nose, she seems to be her normal self but just sneezing, my other bun never sneezes and I realise that sneezing can be a sign of...
