    Litter Training!!!

Could you provide some background? What is her age? Is she spayed? Is she confined to a certain size cage or area? Photos of her area and her litter setup would be helpful in sleuthing potential improvements/helps. If she's peeing consistently in the litter box, that is great! Poos are rarely...

Another Bunny Lost His Litter Habits! What to do?

I def would not put any hay just scattered on the floor. As for the new hay feeder, since one rabbit was peeing on the floor while eating out of it, I would remove the hay feeder for now. Both rabbits can eat hay out of the litter box. Just be sure to be generous with the hay (as per the link).

Another Bunny Lost His Litter Habits! What to do?

It's possible the litter box changes were not to his liking. I would suggest loading his litter box with hay. Put the hay right on top of the litter in the box. Typically they like to potty while they graze. Refresh the hay once or twice per day. If that doesn't seem to work, then he may need a...

    Bunny kit’s vet issues!

Vaccinations are not routinely done here in the US. ( @Mileybun is in the UK where vax are routinely given to pet rabbits). The exception to this is due to the fairly recent spread of RHVD2 in certain parts of the US. Only recently have some US vets been able to even get a hold of the vax for...

    Bunny laundry

Maybe I'm missing something here but I'm trying to figure out why one would have rabbit urine on any fabric to begin with, especially on a regular basis. Are the rabbits not litter trained? As for other pets like sugar gliders, are you using a fleece pad that has absorbent material in the...

    Dewlap removal?

I'd agree with the others. The most likely culprit, or at least the first thing to change, is eliminating the carrot and fruit. Those sugary treats can certainly cause poo/tummy issues-- especially in such large quantities. The cabbage, celery and cucumbers would be next to reduce if...

Emergency! Please advise (out of hay temporarily)

If fresh grass is available, you may want to consider slowly introducing her to some of the grass. I know you have already received your hay, so that's great. I was thinking that if you gradually introduce her to fresh grass and feed it to her along with her greens, then her tummy will learn to...

Why is my bunny's chin losing hair and has skin bumps that are red?

If you could correct your profile location, someone may be able to offer an alternative vet. There are many "good" vets that simply are not well experienced with rabbits. Rabbits are very different than other pets. For instance, some medications that are commonly used for dogs and cats can be...

Is a Ragdoll Cat a suitable companion for a greiving mini lop?

Sorry you lost a rabbit. I love the names you gave them though. It is true that some cats can get along with a rabbit however there is always an inherent danger. Even if they get along wonderfully, the danger could come from an unintentional scratch from the cat. Rabbits have such delicate...

My 9month female bunny gave birth to babies. What do I do?

If you get an ex-pen, you may need to wrap it with something with smaller holes. You can see an example of this at the link Jenny provided. The first photo on that page shows this. Otherwise, the kits may be able to squeeze through the openings. Also bear in mind that you won't just need one...

My 9month female bunny gave birth to babies. What do I do?

In the meantime, just to be clear, keep the 3 month old rabbit completely separate (unless you want to return that one since you are now dealing with all these babies). Here's a link with detailed instructions on handling an accidental litter...

    Megacolon poo? Help!

Jenny (@JBun ) is more knowledgeable on meloxicam. I've never used it. Simethicone (infant gas drops) should be a part of a "rabbit first-aid kit" so it's always readily available. Simethicone is perfectly safe and is a good idea to be given at the first sign of gas pain. Any 24 hour drug store...

My 9month female bunny gave birth to babies. What do I do?

I've moved this to the Rabbitry section that deals with kits and breeding. But I'm also linking the back story here: https://www.rabbitsonline.net/threads/help-me-one-of-my-female-bunnies-are-keep-pulling-out-the-other-bunny%E2%80%99s-fur-violently.106457/#post-1209259 As I mentioned, the...

Help Me! One of my female bunnies are keep pulling out the other bunny’s fur VIOLENTLY!

If it were me, I'd take the momma and babies (kits) right back to the seller and let her deal with them. That was totally wrong for her to sell you a pregnant rabbit and not tell you. You could wind up with all kinds of vet bills, not to mention you'll need to rehome all the babies or they will...

    Megacolon poo? Help!

Have you given him simethicone? You can offer 1-2cc per hour for 3 hours, then 1cc every 3-8 hours as needed. Simethicone is my first go-to when a rabbit is refusing to eat. Often that is enough to get them comfortable and willing to eat again.
