    We do?? I have never seen a restaurant selling rabbit meat. My guess is that if they are imported live, that they arebeing used as lab rabbits...(We are developing very rapidly in thebiomedical sector....) We eat croc, deer, beef, pork, chicken, ostrich etc...but rabbit meat......? Never seen it...
